At a mere 64 kilos, the super-lightweight engine was ideally positioned within the motorcycle with the aid of ultra-compact dimensions. Its components: an engine housing with space-saving, dry-sump lubrication system, integrated oil tank, crankshaft on floating bearings, high-strength forged conrod, ultra-flat piston, two balancer shafts and a completely rebuilt DOHC cylinger head. You'll forget all that at the first motorway exit. But not the riding experience. Innovative, under-floor exhaust system for an optimum power output and an ideal centre of gravity. Electronic Keihin injection system with automatic cold start, an idle-speed regulator, lambda control and altitude compensation for the perfect application of its untamed power. The result: you'll hit 200km/h in less than 10 seconds, 100km/h in 3 seconds, like an instant head start.
